Day 5
After a relaxed breakfast, we bid farewell to the coast for now. Next, we travel over another 6 hours inland, where the landscape gradually changes from tropical coastal plains to the green interior. Our destination is the region around the impressive Mount Kilimanjaro, where a new chapter of this adventure begins.

This will be a full day at Mkomazi… our favorite park. Right after breakfast, we explore this unknown gem in one of Africa’s most unique safari areas and our favorite…
Spend the whole day exploring the vast plains of Mkomazi National Park and enjoy a delicious picnic meal in the Tanzanian bush.

Today we are heading even further towards West Kilimanjaro. Here you can see both Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru together.

Day 9
After a scenic drive of over 3 hours, we reach Tarangire National Park, one of Africa’s most beautiful parks. Discover the overwhelming elephant herds here. Afterwards, relax at Heart & Soul Lodge with a view of Lake Manyara. End the day here with a delicious dinner before finding peace in this beautiful setting around the Great Rift Valley.

Day 10
The world-famous Ngorongoro Crater is still on our itinerary today.
Naturally, we will also descend into this impressive crater, where we will look for rhinos, among other animals. In addition, this enormous collapsed volcano is home to more than 25,000 other mammals, meaning the chances of encountering lions and other special animals are once again very high.

This will be a full day of driving on a safari in the beautiful Seronera/Serengeti Central.

You are immersed in the heart of another era, in a pristine wilderness where you can observe the numerous birds living in the area, such as pink flamingos, but also still some wild animals such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, ostriches, and various species of mammals, including the unique giraffe-antelope or gerenuk.

Day 14
After a long but very beautiful drive, we reach Moshi, which is considered the cleanest city in Tanzania. Relax for a while on the outskirts of the city with a magnificent view of “the roof of Africa”. End the day with a delicious dinner before finding peace in this piece of paradise.

Day 15
After a delicious breakfast, we continue our adventure in the peaceful surroundings of Moshi.
The exciting Great Waterfall near the village of Materuni, in addition to its imposing splendor, also offers a beautiful walk in the forests surrounding Kilimanjaro. Furthermore, we will enjoy a local lunch and learn how to make coffee ourselves during a coffee tour. Participating and, of course, tasting are also part of the experience.

Day 16
With an early start to the day, you can enjoy a final sunrise here in the early morning and then continue towards the Indian Ocean, which we will visit just above Tanga this time.

Today we will have you taken back to Dar es Salaam, to your hotel, or to the airport, and unfortunately, you will return to your next destination or home. You will arrive here after approximately 5 hours.
After all those unforgettable safaris, impressive landscapes, encounters with wildlife, colorful markets, and relaxing days in the bush, it might be difficult to say goodbye — and we understand that all too well.
